Can I get state councelling of two states...I have domicile of Haryana but by I have written Bihar in state of domicile .what should I do?

Hello Chirag.
In a case such as yours, choose the domicile of your home town in order to avail a seat during the state counselling procedure.
You can't apply for seat in both the states although you have a domicile because it might create some sort of discrepancy during the procedure of seat allotment.

I would suggest you to go through the different colleges and cutoffs of both the states and then apply for counselling in a way which suits you the best
