see after passing 12th course every institute provide tc certificate. however you need to ask to the center authority of nios , in which you would pass 12th course to issue a transfer certificate or school leaving certificate. as per the neet rules, nios education board students are eligible to appear in neet exam, if you fulfill the eligibility marks criteria.
