First mode is based on XII PCM Percentage and other is Based on JEE Mains. Ony the vacant seats will be allocated via JEE Mains. Till now, the admission based on JEE Mains is yet to held. This cutoff is for students from outside of Punjab in Round 3 . Since you have got 93.69 percentile, you had good chances to be in Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology.
