Firstly, congrats on successful completion of your VITEEE exam. The cut-off trends keep changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With a rank near to 15,000, you can secure a seat in Mechanical branch with specialization in automative engineering in Vellore campus in 1st fee category as the cut-off was 20,000 in the year 2015. Also the cutoff for wasthe same was 12,300 in the year 2016. So this year you might have to go with 3rd or 4th fee category if the same cut-off exists. So, just apply to their counselling process to know the exact fee category as the cut-off's keep changing every year.
