With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that yes, you can  take admission in other mbbs college of the same university.

It is possible to take a transfer from one medical college to another in 2nd Prof. You will need NOC from both the colleges and also permission from your university. If you are presently in a private or unaided medical college, you would need to pay the fees of the entire 4 and half years.
