No, VIT won't accept the JEE mains score for their UG admission across it's various campuses. They will accept only the VITEEE score from their respective entrance exam and the student who will be able to secure their rank under 20k will have the greater advantage in both the ways i.e he/she will be able to take the desired branch in the main campus as well the fee structure will be less.

Vit vellore doesn't takes students of jee mains score. They have their own paper for admission. VITEEE , it is conducted every eary in early april and more than 2lakhs students appear for it's exam. VIT don't give admissions on the basis of JEE Main scores.
