Hello madhu,
Yes you can give 2nd compartment if you did not attend the first one. If you had any medical excuses or any other reasons you can state that and write the exam conducted. The marks in 2nd compartment will be considered for final mark sheet of your 12th board marks.

So for the 2nd xam I have to give only that subject in which I got compart or all sub.??

Only specific subjects you have failed. You can give compartment if and only you have failed in only 2 subjects. If you have failed in more than two you have to repeat one more year.
