Of course you will be eligible to take NEET 2021. As such there is no problem doing this. It would have been good if you had taken this decision before. As you have already taken admission to B pharm college. There is no paper work as such but most of the colleges that I have seen won't refund the fees at any circumstances . If you are fine with this then go for NEET 2021.

You don't have to do any paperwork to give NEET 2021 if you are pursuing for B pharma , you can give NEET exam , but if you are having NEET 2021 exam and your B pharma exam at the same time then only you need to talk to your  college or you can leave the exam of B pharma if you are sure that you can qualify neet with good score for pursuing your interest course .

Yes, you can give neet 2021 with bpharma 1st year. But for the admission process if you secure a seat in any of the medical colleges further, you'll  be needing your original certificates. For that you might have to talk to your college authority and you might should pay the whole 3year fees for that. It would be better if you talk to your college authority of the same before hand itself. iIt's not necessary to complete you 1st year.
