There are many admission criteria . Either your +2 marks, your written test marks ( that is conducted by them) and interview marks are considered for admission or you should clear JEE mains to be eligible to apply for btech courses. But as per you percentile ,you have not cleared jee mains. Thus only first option is available for you to get admission there. Check this link for further clarification
