I am so sorry to inform you that you are not eligible for getting admission in any government colleges. Also coep need marks 160 plus . So there is no way you can get admission in COEP . You can try for other private colleges. Also you can try for Bsc or take a drop this year .

But with these marks you are not eligible for taking admission in COEP.

Do not get demotivated . And try harder .
