The placements of barch in Chandigarh is decent but not great enough 

If u are interested in architecture you can definitely get into good company .

If u are pursuing by no interest then you can still enjoy studying your course .

The placements are not pretty good. But still depends on your interest

You can get into other colleges BTech for better placements
