The Admission into the Medical colleges mostly depends on the NEET examination for admission in different Medical courses.

These examinations have a specific reservation criteria for different categories such as OBC- NCL, SC, ST, GENERAL- EWS and hence the cut-off for different categories varies alot in terms of Opening and Closing Ranks. The marks of 360-400 is about 50% of the total Marks 720, so the chance to get admission in Government Colleges is less but surely you can get good Private Medical Colleges such as Manipal University, Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Dehradun Medical college etc.
