Hi Aspirant, NO you can't English is important subject you have to include english in best 4. An aggregate of 60% or more in English/Hindi and combination of best three among the following subjects: Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies/ Commerce.

Yes, you can ignore your class 12 boards english marks while calculating the best 4 for DU only if you have Hindi. Otherwise English is a compulsory subject and it's marks will be taken into account . The subjects included in the Best of four calculations must have minimum 70% of the theory part.

Fir B.Com and B.A courses, the best of four should comprise you best 3 main subjects and 1 language subject which is English in your case. So there's escape, I'm sorry.
