• Candidates clearing the cut off required by the respective colleges can apply for admission in that college through counselling. 
• Counselling for 15% All India Quota seats will be administrated by Medical Counselling Committee of the Directorate General of Health Services.   
•  Seats will be allotted to students as per their merit, category and availability of seats in colleges.
• Candidates who wish to resign from the allotted seat after the second round  will have to participate in the online resignation process.
• You'llbe provided with option of online resignation .. if you don't want the seat but once you resign your seat you won't be allowed to further attend the counseling process.
• If you're allotted a seat in the first round counselling you have to report to the college for further procedure within the stipulated time or else your seat would be transferred to the next student. 
• Further you can only  participate in the second round of counselling if - 
• You are  not allotted a seat in the first round of Counselling.
• If your  admission got cancelled due to change of category. They will be considered for counselling under the new category.
• IF you have reported at the allotted college and opted for an upgrade in their reporting period.

Dear Sir / Ma'm, the DGHS will open its online portal for the counseliing to various government as well deemed universities where after paying a Rs. 5000 for government and Rs. 2,00,00 as security deposit for deemed universities, you can proceed towards choice filling. After the first round, if you not are allotted a seat, you again do the choice filling in the second round. If you are alootted a seat, you have to go there and do the physical verification of the documents and say that you want an upgradation and in this way you can apply for second round of counselling.
