See as you have mentioned that you have registered yourself for Round 1 of state quota counselling of Karnataka/Tamil Nadu then whether the seat has been allotted to you or not you have some options like either you go with it or you can also go for seat upgradation with this seat being reserved and if not allotted then also you can go for further rounds. So it seems that you want to upgrade the seat or go for further rounds then what you have to do is if you have been allotted a seat, just report to the allotted college and pay the required amount, then go for Round 2 and if you an upgraded set would be allotted to you then earlier allotted seat will automatically be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to you within few working days.

You can also go for fresh registration means you can rearrange your choices of college which you have filled for Round 1.
