In simple words, there is no way of joining any veterinary college without appearing in an examination.

For admisisons into various veterinary colleges you must appear in National eligibity cum entrance test or NEET an the rank you will get in NEET will decide your college in the counselling.

So apart from thinking any other way of joining a veterinary kidnly leave that until the college accepts donation amount.
