well as andhra university is a government college they are no seats under management quota for studying engineering andif you want to get an admission you should attempt the AP EAMCET examination and get a rank .

In government colleges and universities there will not be any management quota seats.Only private and deemed universities have few percentage of management quota seats.So you cannot get admission in Andhra University, Vizag under management quota you have to appear in AP EAMCET and qualify in it or you have to take admission in any other private college under management quota.
