Your question was not quite clear but from what I perceive, I think that you want to know the total number of seats in armed forces related MBBS colleges. When there are only two colleges to be considered here which are as follows:

AFMC, Pune: 130 seats (105 boys + 25 girls)
ACMS, Delhi: 100 seats

These are the colleges you aim for if you want to join the armed forces afterwards. You also get defence quota in almost every college of India if you have a defence background. This quota is to be applied for after the NEET 2019 results are declared.
