You need to have following Qualification for the post of lecturer:

You need to have post graduate degree in the desired field. 

Also you need to score 55% in your post graduation.

There is no age limit for lenturer post

Also, you have to clear UGC ( University grant commission ) NET examination for post of lecturer.
