Bhavana, Karnataka is an Open State which means even Other State Candidates can appear for its State Counselling. And so even if you do not belong to Karnataka, you can participate in Karnataka State Counselling and secure a seat. There is no official information regarding the fee structure that we could quote it for you. But going by the last year's admissions, Management Quota seat was charged approximately 16,00,000Rs and Government Quota seat was charged approximately Rs.1,50,000. The NRI seat was charged Rs.30,00,000. Now this doesn't include the miscellaneous charges. There might be caution deposit, non refundable and refundable deposits.
