No you cannot make any changes in JOSAA application form because it automatically fetches all your data itself from your JEE-Main or JEE-Advance registration number. There you will have only option to enter your qualification details if you had not entered earlier but in case if you already have entered the details then you can't edit them. Therefore it is recommended to fill JEE-Main or JEE-Advance application forms with utmost care.
