No, not at all, until and unless you wants. This is because when you register for JOSAA Counselling process you have to use your new user login credentials in which you will set your password and without that password nobody can open your JOSAA application until you tell that password to any body.
However we recommend you to not to share theses details with anybody else because they might make mis-use of your details because on confirmation page your DOB, Address, contact number and other personal details are mentioned. So always try to change your password at regular intervals.
