Yes, you can participate in andaman and nicobar medical college. There are total 100 seats at ANIIMS out of which 85 are for islanders and 15 for non-islanders(All India Quota). You will have to compete for those 15 seats.

But this college is not recommended. Please get better options than this and work hard so that you can get in better colleges of South India or in your state
