Hi aspirant, if any candidate have been allotted any seat in any of the institutes whether it is NITs, IIITs or GFTIs through JoSAA and you are retaining your JoSAA seat, than also you can appear for csab in it's special round counseling. So, if you are freezing your seat than and you retain it even after withdrawing your JOSAA seat as well.
