See till now KEA Bangalore has not released any notification for mop-up round so at this time it is quite difficult to help you with an accurate information for mop-up round but as per the notification released by KEA prior to round 1st, it clearly says that option entry can only be done before first round so according to it you will not get chance to fill the options now and without filling you would not be eligible for counselling.
