yes you can if you get recruited by that hospital management system then it will be easy for you to get a working Visa for that country once you have there offer letter but if you are planning to work there only it should be clear in your mind to handle there local language strongly

Yes, you can  practice in the hospitals of the sane country  from where you have pursued your Mbbs  degree, be it any country.

However, if you want to practice in some other country then you may have to give an exam prior to your practicing and qualify in the exam. This criteria is different for different countries.
