Hello dear..You can prefer any of the three Courses all the above course are good and carrier oriented. But be clear while selecting your preference . you should choose one what to you like reading. Your interest is very important in your selection of subjects. Choose according to your aim. If  you want to go in Medical field then you can choose either Radiology or Anesthesia Technology or anesthesiology or if you are interested in engineering wing then go for B.Tec or B.Sc comp.Science etc..so it's only you who gonna decided what is good for you and what you find interesting.
