Hi Ishika

Yes, you can prepare for CLAT without coaching. For this, you need to first view the important aspects of the exam. I have mentioned some of the aspects below

  1. Firstly, view the syllabus topic-wise.
  2. From the syllabus, note down the important topics.
  3. Now, look at the exam pattern of the Clat exam. Note down some important points such as the exam duration, total number of questions, and questions from each section.
  4. Importantly, keep in mind the marks distribution. Marks are given for correct answers and reduction due to incorrect answers.
  5. Make a suitable study chart and adhere to it strictly.
  6. Practice previous years' questions and analyze the type of questions asked.
  7. For clearing doubts on weak topics, you can refer to many online sources such as YouTube, and free online websites for notes and study materials.
  8. Categorize your strength and weaknesses, and work hard on your weaknesses.
  9. Make notes and regularly revise the topics (no matter whether the topic is weak or strong)
  10. Make a habit of sitting for the exam duration and solving mock tests.
  11. Analyze mock tests and view solutions for correct answers as well.
  12. Always stay updated with the latest news on CLAT details. For details on CLAT Exam and the latest updates visit https://law.careers360.com/exams/clat/amp

------------------------------------) A major part  of your Clat  question paper are from the gk and current affairs section , so focus more on them, read news papers like The Hindu, Financial Express, and The Economist on daily  basis to keep you updated

------------------------------------) Make a routine or a time table and religiously follow it ,  take short breaks in between your studies, studying continuously can be brain tiring and it becomes difficult to focus and study with concentration, so take breaks to relax and refresh your brain.
