Definitely you can prepare for NEET UG 2020 along with BHMS or B. Pharma course that you are willing to join. But remember, you need to maintain the consistency. I have seen many people who have cracked the entrance along with their B. Sc.and even engineering. 

• Just make sure that you read Biology NCERT of class 11th and 12th everyday. Remember, every single day must be important for you. Choose may be 1-1 chapter everyday. 1 from Biology NCERT Class 11th and 1 from NCERT Class 12th. Read and learn the 2 chapters thoroughly everyday and solve as many questions as possible related to those topics.
• Everyday ensure to solve atleast 30-45 questions in physics of any chapter in 1 hour. But make sure you thoroughly understand all the concepts of that chapter.
• For Chemistry, solve 45 questions of a particular chapter in at least1 hour everyday after learning that particular chapter thoroughly.
• Sounds a bit thought, but you ought to manage your time everyday.
• You must commit at least 4-5 hours to your NEET preparation everyday, except during the time of your semester exams.
• Solving previous years question papers is a must.
• And lastly, keep revising!

Everything happens for a good. Now whatever you have decided, stay consistent with that. You will definitely do it! :)

Hello there, 

Many stydents take a year drop to study for NEET exams so you are not an exception to it. Many have cleared the examination and so will you if you study hard.

You can continue with the course but it will be difficult to cope up 

You can read ncert books , NCERT biology especially  thoroughly to get the best result.
