Hey Mukul

You can get admission in DAV COllege for BSc Chemistry (hons) provided you still have your transfer certificate(of 12th) along with your character certificate and 12th result. The minimul eligibility cutoff is 50% in 12th boards but since the admission is merit based the higher you score the higher are your chances of getting admission.

No college takes direct admission in 2nd year.
DAV college starts its Hons classes for the students when they pass 1st year (from DAV college) and get into 2nd year.
