it depends upon the eligibility criteria of the the college in which you want to pursue. however i think you can pursue msc hons in computer science .for most of the entrance exams maths is recquired as a permanent subject so if you have maths then i dont think there would be much problem . please check anyone's college eligibility criteria for msc computer science
