Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. Astrophysics after B.Tech. Information Technology. The Eligibility Criteria is given below:

Passed 10 +2 equivalent in Board Exams in Science Stream.
Have 50% aggregate in UG.

If you have taken Science Stream also, then you are eligible.
