Yes. You can study 2 Degrees simultaneously from Different Universities. For example, you cannot pursue B.Com (//B.Com) and BA from the same University even if B.Com (//B.Com) is through Regular mode and BA is through Distance Mode. You can study B.Con from one University through Regular mode and BA from another University through Distance mode.
