Yes you can participate in Round 2. But you neednt register again because you have already registered. But because MCC has withdrawn its round 1 results, please wait until the Round 1 results are released. If you still do not get a seat you can select Deemed Universities as well among your choices durong choice filling. But if you get a seat on Round 1, you can join the allotted college and then neednt have to participate in Round 2.
