There's no such rule, the only eligibility is you must be graduated from a recognised university in any field or any course.

Yes,that is the only way to do MBA. MBA is masters program so basically you need to have a BA or BBA or BSC or BCom degree to get a MBA degree. You can study MBA after any stream just score minimum 50% to apply for various MBA exams.
