Hello Sunidhi,

No it os not possible to submit the marks of 12th boards after the counselling,As at the time of counselling the requirements of 12th boards is must. You have to fill all the details required for the counseling. Without that you can not processed the further process for the admission. So if you want to do counselling you have to fill all the  details required for that.
