If you're talking about this current situation of covid-19 pandemic then most of the colleges have already started their academic classes in online mode where students have to be virtually present in their classes using the use of laptops or mobile devices.

But, in most of the colleges there is a strict rule for attendance policy because students generally tend to miss out the generic classes for some reasons. So most colleges do not offer the facility of non attending students.
