This has got to be your own decision. If you are confident enough that you will score good enough in JEE mains then leave the seat and go for it. If you are not, then try asking the college authorities that how much they will refund if you withdraw admission afterwards if you get selected in JEE mains. There should be a mechanism for refund. Be very sure to check for it.
