See the admission are expected to be completed in most of the colleges and Universities. I would recommend you to contact the college/university you want to take admission and ask if there are now any provision to seek admission. In general, the admission won't be possible as it was instructed by UGC to conduct the examination 1st by the February. But still I would recommend you to contact the college/University in order to get a better insight.
