Yes, you can take BSc IT after completing 12th with commerce stream but you must have maths in your 12th. And you have to fulfil the minimum criteria of eligibility to take admission in the recognising college or university. The minimum criteria are 63% in 12th board. If you fulfil all these requirements then you can take admission.
