Yes, you can take physics chemistry and mathematics with buisness studies but keep in mind the PCM is your mandatory subjects and not as optional subject because you won't be eligible for this.

You also need to secure 75% marks in your class 12th in aggregate and be in top 20 percentile in the country.

You board should also be recognised from which you will give your 12th exams.
