Hi Hemanth

On the day of neet exam, you have to carry following documents to the examination centre.

1. Printed copy of Admit card 

2. One post card size photograph on proforma

3. One passport size photograph ( same as uploaded on online application form) for pasting on attendance sheet.

4. Any of your identity proof from the following ( original and non-expired): 

UIDAI Aadhar card

Ration card

Voter ID 

License

PAN card

Driving licence

Passport

Aadhar card ( with photograph)

5. PWD (pH) certificate by competent authority, if claiming relaxation under PWD category.

Also you have to follow proper dress code : 

Light colour half sleeves shirt or t-shirt not having big buttons are allowed. Trousers , slippers and sandals are allowed. 

Shoes are not allowed

Dear Hemant, your College Id card is not considered as an Identification proof. You should carry one among Aadhar card, Voter Id, PAN Card, Driving license, Passport. Your College and School Id cards are not allowed.
