hey 

yes you can take NEET UG once again .

A lot of people do that do get a satisfactory college. Some shift from bds to mbbs & some from mbbs to mbbs when they get better marks to get the college of their choice

make sure you have fill your qualification code correctly in the application form

of course you can but you will have to fill up the appropriate category that you are already an existing MBBS or BDS student while you are feeling up the need form in the subsequent year and if you qualify and during the verification of documents after you get your neet result you will have to retrieve all the original documents of your class 10 and 12 pass certificate related matter as well as your birth certificate if it is already deposited in your present college and reproduced it is at the time of verification of the time of admission to the new college as laid down by the rules memorandum of that particular years neet curriculum
