In order to get admission in MBBS colleges you can use your B.sc first year leaving certificate. However you have to submit your leaving certificate of your last education college and get admission into the college. In case there is delay in issuance of Leaving certificate you can request the counselling authority to give some extra time for submission of leaving certificate with written undertaking. This completely depends upon the authority. Hope I solved your query.
