No, you cannot use prefix Dr. after completing your M.SC Nursing. Dr. can only be used by Medical practitioners that are recognized by central government under various systems of medicines. Also, Dr. prefix can be used after pursuing doctoral degree in any field. You cannot use this prefix after completion of post graduate degree, be it in any field.
