Hello,

Yes, you can wear a dress with collars, it is not a big deal to have collars in your dress. Make sure they are not vague that may catch someone's attention. Keep it as simple as you can.

You can wear dress with collars.

Avoid full sleeves.

Light color clothes.

Wear trousers.

No shoes allowed,  wear sandals.

Try to avoid any accessories.  

Spectacle,  braces allowed.

For Male candidates it is formal wear like half sleeved shirts and trousers. Collars are allowed. No jeans, kurta pyjama are allowed. Even the trousers and shirt cannot have any extrinsic designs, big buttons and embroidery. Your clothes need to be simple.and light. Shoes are not allowed. Sandals are slippers are only allowed. No ornaments of any metal whatsoever like rings, chains, bracelets are allowed.
