You can be a doctor in korea by obtaining mbbs degree in India.

It will be a bit difficult task.

You won't work there if you know only English language , English language won't work in korea.

You must learn korea and you will have to write exam for Korean language and also you will have to appear for a license exam too.

Most of hospitals won't hire you people are comfortable with Korean doctors.  They don't want to get treated by non Korean doctors.

If you manage to get license and ready to work hard you may go ahead .
