Increase in the demand of radiologists created job opportunities for bsc imaging technology. You will definitely be hired in hospitals and diagnostic centres. It may be difficult to work while doing your MSc imaging Technology. Because you will be definitely busy on your pose graduation projects and academics. You will surely get the job. But it will be a full time job which you can't do, if you are doing Msc. Hence I recommend looking for job after completing msc, since it will increase your opportunity and salary.
