Sure you can apply for NEET while studying in BSc nursing. You need not to worry about any additional certificate for this. Keep preparing for neet and also manage your regular studies of bsc. You can clear your neet easily. Attempt mock every week for regular self evaluation.
Note- you must check that you fulfill all other criteria of neet once official notification get released.
