yes , you can directly join mca course of second year by lateral entry after completing the bsc in computer science , however you also need to apply some of entrance test as per choices of your colleges like mhtcet, tancet etc.

however the admission criteria for lateral entry is different for different institute and same goes for qualifying marks criteria.
